I recently stayed at Cambridge Hotel for a business trip. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of Indonesian and Western foods. The gym, though small, had all the necessary machines and the therapist massage was done by excellent professionals. The location, near a train station with direct connection to the airport, was very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

here we stayed very close to shri mariamman temple. fantastic breakfast was provided.

Taste the food in Istana Koki, you only need to walk 600 feet to reach it. Maimun palace was easy to reach. Very close to Medan train station, something around 20 minutes on foot: )

Good location and easy to find food as the hotel is attached to a shopping mall. Breakfast served in the hotel was great and credit goes to most of the waiters and waitresses for their efficient and good service.

Room given at No 921 was fairly warm due to evening sunshine. Rain shower was not working and water spilt out while showering as the shower screen was not well attached to the divider. Did not make any complaint as my family stayed only one night.

Always return for the weekend getaway. Friendly staff helped with forgotten belongings at first stay. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, poolside snack bar.

Like its location to Polonia International Airport, room design, near shopping mall and some attractions.

Hope there will be more variance on breakfast menu.

Convenient for city shopping & restaurants

I did notify them that I was there for my wife's birthday but did not receive anything from the hotel - normally at other good hotels they would normally send a small cake or some flowers which is memorable.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was in the center of the city and adjacent to a shopping mall. Furthermore, the hotel staff was very attentive and accommodating. The hotel had great facilities and was very clean.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Facility is nice to use but operation still remain better way. thanks a lot!

We came from the airport en spent dear one nicht. It was een relaxing stay in luxury. The city Medan is full of smog en Swiss hotel is a parel in the city.

I particularly enjoyed the gym, which had all the necessary equipment despite being a bit small. the glass desk and table furniture in the spacious room added a touch of elegance. the hotel's 1st class service and comfortable amenities made for a wonderful stay. Cons: Nothing 🌟.

Their breakfast is not international and they only serve Asian types of food.

For me (muslim) i went to Restoran Garuda is actually nearby to the hotel. Speciality for Melayu & Minang food. Very nice & the food is verity.
